Old California Mission Style home remodeled from funky 1970's cottage with no style. Now this looks like a real old world home that fits right into the Ojai, California landscape. Handmade custom sized terra cotta tiles throughout, with dark stain and wax makes for a worn, used and real live texture from long ago. Wrought iron Spanish lighting, new glass doors and wood windows to capture the light and bright valley sun. The owners are from India, so we incorporated Indian designs and antiques where possible. An outdoor shower, and an outdoor hallway are new additions, along with the olive tree, craned in over the new roof. A courtyard with Spanish style outdoor fireplace with Indian overtones border the exterior of the courtyard. Distressed, stained and glazed ceiling beams, handmade doors and cabinetry help give an old world feel.

This large bathroom remodel feature a clawfoot soaking tub, a large glass enclosed walk in shower, a private water closet, large floor to ceiling linen closet and a custom reclaimed wood vanity made by Limitless Woodworking. Light fixtures and door hardware were provided by Houzz. This modern bohemian bathroom also showcases a cement tile flooring, a feature wall and simple decor to tie everything together.

We gave the second bathroom a chic black and white design which incorporates gorgeous custom tiling, a modern freestanding tub, and an ultra sleek vanity - a place that oozes tranquility and classic charm. Because the bathroom is narrow, large tiles set perpendicular to the length of the bathroom help to visually widen the space.

With brass fixtures complementing the Calacatta Caesarstone benchtop and Perth Tumbled Carrara Style tiles, the traditional character of the home carries into the bathroom. This space features a striking white vinyl polytec vanity with brass handles, curved edge rectangular mirrors and a white oval freestanding bath with a floor mounted tap that seamlessly blends contemporary living with traditional charm.

A modern design for a small, compact bathroom. We integrated crisp whites through the uniquely shaped porcelain vanity and subway tile shower walls. Natural stone tiles were used on the shower floor for a bit of an earthy contrast to the mostly white interior.
