Optimisation d'une salle de bain de 4m2

A family bathroom with a touch of luxury. In contrast the top floor shower room, this space is flooded with light from the large sky glazing. Colours and materials were chosen to further highlight the space, creating an open family bathroom for all to use and enjoy.

Rénovation partielle d’une maison du XIXè siècle, dont les combles existants n’étaient initialement accessibles que par une échelle escamotable. Afin de créer un espace nuit et bureau supplémentaire dans cette bâtisse familiale, l’ensemble du niveau R+2 a été démoli afin d’être reconstruit sur des bases structurelles saines, intégrant un escalier central esthétique et fonctionnel, véritable pièce maitresse de la maison dotée de nombreux rangements sur mesure. La salle d’eau et les sanitaires du premier étage ont été entièrement repensés et rénovés, alliant zelliges traditionnels colorés et naturels. Entre inspirations méditerranéennes et contemporaines, le projet Cavaré est le fruit de plusieurs mois de travail afin de conserver le charme existant de la demeure, tout en y apportant confort et modernité.

Otra de las intervenciones clave en este proyecto era reformar esta estancia, que llevaba sin cambiarse desde la construcción del edificio en los años 60. Ya que el espacio es reducido, utilizamos azulejos y baldosas porcelánicos de gran formato, para minimizar juntas, y en un acabado de mármol blanco con brillo. Es espectacular como puede cambiar un espacio solo cambiando los alicatados, en este caso parecía mucho más grande! También incluimos muebles en blanco con encimera y detalles en madera de roble, con griferías, mampara y accesorios en negro mate.

Nos clients souhaitaient revoir l’aménagement de l’étage de leur maison en plein cœur de Lille. Les volumes étaient mal distribués et il y avait peu de rangement. Le premier défi était d’intégrer l’espace dressing dans la chambre sans perdre trop d’espace. Une tête de lit avec verrière intégrée a donc été installée, ce qui permet de délimiter les différents espaces. La peinture Tuscan Red de Little Green apporte le dynamisme qu’il manquait à cette chambre d’époque. Ensuite, le bureau a été réduit pour agrandir la salle de bain maintenant assez grande pour toute la famille. Baignoire îlot, douche et double vasque, on a vu les choses en grand. Les accents noir mat et de bois apportent à la fois une touche chaleureuse et ultra tendance. Nous avons choisi des matériaux de qualité pour un rendu impeccable.

Auch im Elternbad geben natürliche Materialien und Farben den Ton an. Die fugenlose Wand- und Bodengestaltung aus gespachteltem Design-Estrich bis in die bodengleiche Dusche lassen den großen Raum noch ruhiger wirken. Der maßgefertigte Waschtisch aus gebürsteter Eiche und in die Mineralwerkstoffplatte integrierte Doppelwaschbecken lassen viel Platz für zwei. Noch mehr Stauraum für Tiegel und Tuben findet sich im Spiegelschrank, der in der Vorwand eingelassen wurde und rundum von LED- beleuchtet wird. Die Leuchten "Sento" und "Più" von Occhio runden das Lichtkonzept ab.

Nous avons donc choisi des matériaux bruts, naturels et des couleurs pastels pour créer un cocoon connecté à la Nature... Un îlot de sérénité au sein de la capitale!

This tiny home has a very unique and spacious bathroom with an indoor shower that feels like an outdoor shower. The triangular cut mango slab with the vessel sink conserves space while looking sleek and elegant, and the shower has not been stuck in a corner but instead is constructed as a whole new corner to the room! Yes, this bathroom has five right angles. Sunlight from the sunroof above fills the whole room. A curved glass shower door, as well as a frosted glass bathroom door, allows natural light to pass from one room to another. Ferns grow happily in the moisture and light from the shower. This contemporary, costal Tiny Home features a bathroom with a shower built out over the tongue of the trailer it sits on saving space and creating space in the bathroom. This shower has it's own clear roofing giving the shower a skylight. This allows tons of light to shine in on the beautiful blue tiles that shape this corner shower. Stainless steel planters hold ferns giving the shower an outdoor feel. With sunlight, plants, and a rain shower head above the shower, it is just like an outdoor shower only with more convenience and privacy. The curved glass shower door gives the whole tiny home bathroom a bigger feel while letting light shine through to the rest of the bathroom. The blue tile shower has niches; built-in shower shelves to save space making your shower experience even better. The frosted glass pocket door also allows light to shine through.

For maximum lifestyle and resale value, the basement was renovated with a full bath for both guests and the fitness enthusiasts. The new bath follows the same urban design with black wall-hung cabinetry and a reclaimed walnut countertop. The black paned shower door welcomes guests into an oversized shower with stunning oversized porcelain tiles, black fixtures, and a wall-to-wall niche.

The previous owners had already converted the second bedroom into a large bathroom, but the use of space was terrible, and the colour scheme was drab and uninspiring. The clients wanted a space that reflected their love of colour and travel, taking influences from around the globe. They also required better storage as the washing machine needed to be accommodated within the space. And they were keen to have both a modern freestanding bath and a large walk-in shower, and they wanted the room to feel cosy rather than just full of hard surfaces. This is the main bathroom in the house, and they wanted it to make a statement, but with a fairly tight budget!
