Glenwood Carpentry took an old drab master bathroom with an oversized and unused Jacuzzi tub and maximized the space with a huge walk in shower with center point drain, hexagonal mosaic tiles and custom shower niche. shower is completely waterproofed also. This is a luxury shower that will last a lifetime.

This early 90's contemporary home was in need of some major updates and when my clients purchased it they were ready to make it their own. The home features large open rooms, great natural light and stunning views of Lake Washington. These clients love bold vibrant colors and clean modern lines so the goal was to incorporate those in the design without it overwhelming the space. Balance was key. The end goal was for the home to feel open and airy yet warm and inviting. This was achieved by bringing in punches of color to an otherwise white or neutral palate. Texture and visual interest were achieved throughout the house through the use of wallpaper, fabrics, and a few one of a kind artworks. --- Project designed by interior design studio Kimberlee Marie Interiors. This Tempe home has gone through a major upgrade in the kids bathroom with a new custom shower, pre-made vanity, porcelain tile flooring, and all of the accessories to match. Here are some of the items we completed for the bath remodel: Installed a new tile shower floor with new subway tile for the shower wall; Installed rain shower and handheld shower heads; Installed a new pre-made vanity with dark brown cabinetry and a quartz countertop; Installed new and enchanting porcelain tile flooring.

An antique sink basin from the original cottage on the property serves and a vanity for our vessel sink. Because this bath has no natural light, it designed with white floors and white walls to be sure it didn't feel dark. Striped blue tile lines the tub walls providing a much needed punch of color. A soft blue was painted on the sink basin and its coordinating sink ledge. The small round mirror was also original to the cottage, so many parts of this room have sentimental value.

This large gated estate includes one of the original Ross cottages that served as a summer home for people escaping San Francisco's fog. We took the main residence built in 1941 and updated it to the current standards of 2020 while keeping the cottage as a guest house. A massive remodel in 1995 created a classic white kitchen. To add color and whimsy, we installed window treatments fabricated from a Josef Frank citrus print combined with modern furnishings. Throughout the interiors, foliate and floral patterned fabrics and wall coverings blur the inside and outside worlds.
