When one thing leads to another...and another...and another... This fun family of 5 humans and one pup enlisted us to do a simple living room/dining room upgrade. Those led to updating the kitchen with some simple upgrades. (Thanks to Superior Tile and Stone) And that led to a total primary suite gut and renovation (Thanks to Verity Kitchens and Baths). When we were done, they sold their now perfect home and upgraded to the Beach Modern one a few galleries back. They might win the award for best Before/After pics in both projects! A serious refresh was in order for this shared bathroom, and the overhaul of this space was well worth it. Yummy, authentic, zellige tile give such a warm and inviting feel to the tub/ shower alcove while the large format porcelain tile flooring has a classic feel. We designed the vanity to account for a double trough sink, storage below, and even a concealed step stool (hidden in the base of the vanity) for the kiddos who can't quite reach the sink yet.

An antique sink basin from the original cottage on the property serves and a vanity for our vessel sink. Because this bath has no natural light, it designed with white floors and white walls to be sure it didn't feel dark. Striped blue tile lines the tub walls providing a much needed punch of color. A soft blue was painted on the sink basin and its coordinating sink ledge. The small round mirror was also original to the cottage, so many parts of this room have sentimental value.

This huge Master Ensuite was designed to provide a luxurious His and Hers space with an emphasis on taking advantage of the incredible ocean views from the freestanding tub.

Gorgeous modern bathroom renovation. Custom gray cabinets and vanities. Freestanding tub, frameless glass shower doors, chrome bathroom fixtures, crystal and chrome bathroom wall sconces, toilet room, porcelain floor and shower tiles. Gray and white bathroom color scheme.

We converted the never-used bathtub to a larger, walk-in shower. The sunny yellow subway tile is a bright welcome to the four pre-teens/teens that use this bathroom each day. Even the decor is encouraging with framed inspiration statements. Oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures create an industrial vibe in the cheery space. This gorgeous master bathroom remodel has a new modern twist. His and her sinks and vanities are perfect for that busy couple who are particular in how they get ready in the morning.
