This was a reno that we did for clients that wanted to turn a floor of their home into a rental. The living area is small and it felt too cramped up and overwhelming for the owners. They love warm deep colors and a traditional, southwestern look with a lot of plants.

Accents were added to this guest bath to create a bright and appealing space.

The upstairs full bath carries the design from the hallway and kitchen with matching 4x4 blue tile, cheery yellow walls, and vinyl flooring.

This small bathroom remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. This bathroom features a small corner vanity with shaker door style and medium brown stain finish. This remodel also features a marble countertop that is integrated as a sink with white color and a standard square edge. Other features include oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures, a two-piece toilet, shower/bathtub combination set and with power jets.

Welcome to Homearama 2016: Guest Bathroom, our next stop on the tour of the fabulous Southern Belle. When the homeowners mentioned that they wanted to incorporate grays into this space, I knew I would pair it with yellow. Yellow + Gray Yellow is not one of my favorite colors, but yellow and gray is one of my favorite color combinations. Our plan was to paint the vanity gray and the walls yellow and use timeless elements to finish the space.

An antique sink basin from the original cottage on the property serves and a vanity for our vessel sink. Because this bath has no natural light, it designed with white floors and white walls to be sure it didn't feel dark. Striped blue tile lines the tub walls providing a much needed punch of color. A soft blue was painted on the sink basin and its coordinating sink ledge. The small round mirror was also original to the cottage, so many parts of this room have sentimental value.
