Completed remodel of a 1930's bathroom. The original space was dark and dated. The client wanted a brighter and lighter space with up-to-date fixtures and easy to clean surfaces. Sheet vinyl made to look like wood completes the floor while a warm beige tiled tub surround complements the warm values the client was desiring since the beginning.

In this guest bathroom, Medallion Cherry Devonshire door style in French roast vanity with matching mirror. On the countertop is Venetia Cream Zodiaq quartz. The tile on the front and back shower wall is Urban Canvas 3x12 field tile in Bright Ice White with an accent wall of Color Appeal Moonlight tile. On the floor is Cava 12x24 tile in Bianco. The Moen Voss collection in oil rubbed bronze includes tub/shower faucet, sink faucets, towel bar and paper holder. A Kohler Bellwether bathtub and clear glass bypass shower door was installed.

Walk in shower with folding bench seat, Delta Lahara Collection hand-held shower head mounted on an adjustable bar with Delta grab bar, LED recess lights controlled by a Lutron Maestro dimmer switch. Marazzi 12" x 24" porcelain wall tile laid on a 70/30 pattern and matching 2" x 4" mosaic shower floor tile. Folding bench seat mounted on the wall!

La salle d'eau de la chambre parentale a été totalement rénovée, les couleurs jaune sont un rappel de la chambre et donnent du dynamisme à cette salle de bain. Une bonne dose de bonne humeur pour commencer la journée.

Nos clients ont fait l’acquisition de deux biens sur deux étages, et nous ont confié ce projet pour créer un seul cocon chaleureux pour toute la famille. ?‍?‍?‍? Dans l’appartement du bas situé au premier étage, le défi était de créer un espace de vie convivial avec beaucoup de rangements. Nous avons donc agrandi l’entrée sur le palier, créé un escalier avec de nombreux rangements intégrés et un claustra en bois sur mesure servant de garde-corps. Pour prolonger l’espace familial à l’extérieur, une terrasse a également vu le jour. Le salon, entièrement ouvert, fait le lien entre cette terrasse et le reste du séjour. Ce dernier est composé d’un espace repas pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et d’une cuisine ouverte avec un grand plan de travail et de nombreux rangements. A l’étage, on retrouve les chambres ainsi qu’une belle salle de bain que nos clients souhaitaient lumineuse et complète avec douche, baignoire et toilettes. ✨

We Removed the Bathtub and installed a custom shower pan with a Low Profile Curb. Mek Bronze Herringone Tile on the shower floor and inside the Niche complemented with Bianco Neoplois on the Walls and Floor. The Shower Glass Door is from the Kohler Levity line. Also Includes a White Vanity with Recessed Panel Trim and a Sunset Canyon Quartz Top with a white undermount sink.

Bathroom under stair case

We collaborated with T.H.E. Remodel Group to define a space plan that opened up the existing hall bathroom and entered the neighboring bedroom. This space allowed us to double the size of the shower and added needed closet storage, two vanity sinks, custom cabinetry with storage and radiant heating. The client was fond of contemporary yet classic design, and we settled on classic Carrera marble for the countertops, with chrome accents. To give the bathroom a bit of contemporary punch we selected an unexpected Sombera yellow for the walls. To coordinate with the vanity, we chose for the master shower a gorgeous easy-care porcelain tile reminiscent of Carrera marble. This new generation tile is almost impossible to detect porcelain versus natural stone, but allows the homeowners to enjoy zero maintenance and easy clean up. Although this is a very small bathroom it is bursting with personality! Updated chrome fixtures and accessories are from Grohe and Jaclo. The compact suspended white porcelain sink is sourced from Duravit. No one can ignore the joyful wallpaper from Graham & Brown in Chinoiserie Canary. The brick herringbone was existing but it got a deep clean and darker brown stain to revive the floor. The antique mirror and lighting fixture polish off this quaint traditional powder bath.

1950's bathroom updated using the same footprint as original bathroom. Original tub was refinished, electrical and lighting upgraded. Shampoo niche added in tub shower. Subway tile installed along with chair rail cap.
