This pretty guest bath was a complete remodel of every surface. The pale blue paint is a custom Benjamin Moore color. The medicine cabinet was painted the same color as the walls to minimize its prominence so the eye falls on the white, raised panel,\ cabinetry and linen closet. Polished nickel cabinetry pulls. White statuary marble countertops and tile.

Staining this floor made all the difference! We even used copper nails to tack down the flooring which sparkle like little gems.

Design Me By Mahlah
The theme for the design of these four bathrooms was Coastal Americana. My clients wanted classic designs that incorporated color, a coastal feel, and were fun.
The master bathroom stands out with the interesting mix of tile. We maximized the tall sloped ceiling with the glass tile accent wall behind the freestanding bath tub. A simple sandblasted "wave" glass panel separates the wet area. Shiplap walls, satin bronze fixtures, and wood details add to the beachy feel.
The three guest bathrooms, while having tile in common, each have their own unique vanities and accents. Curbless showers and frameless glass opened these rooms up to feel more spacious. The bits of blue in the floor tile lends just the right pop of blue.
Custom fabric roman shades in each room soften the look and add extra style.
Sledgehammer Construction
The artisan white subway tile was chosen to give the shower walls a textured feel and extended to the height of the wall to the toilet room, making the shower feel larger. The blue glass accent tile was extended into the back of the shower niche for some additional color. Polished chrome shower fixtures were chosen to match the new vanity and bathtub faucets. A large 6" square shower drain replaced the smaller 4" drain for easier drainage. The sand dollar and crab robe hooks add another dimension to the coastal feel the homeowner wanted.
