Welcoming relaxing primary bathroom. This bathroom was created to maximize space and enjoy the amazing view. New Pella windows where installed through out to allow the natural light to flood the space. A custom storage bench seamlessly connects the intergraded dresser to the bathroom vanity. The vanity is custom cabinetry from the Bellmont 1900 line, Bistro finished Alder five piece door. The vanity and dresser are topped with this amazing Sea Pearl granite, whose shades of grays creams and blues are repeated throughout the space. All wood finishes are Alder wood with a Bistro finish. The heated floors are covered in a 12"x24" Perla Davos tiles set on the diagonal to create a wider space.

Keeping the integrity of the existing style is important to us — and this Rio Del Mar cabin remodel is a perfect example of that.
For this special bathroom update, we preserved the essence of the original lathe and plaster walls by using a nickel gap wall treatment. The decorative floor tile and a pebbled shower call to mind the history of the house and its beach location.
The marble counter, and custom towel ladder, add a natural, modern finish to the room that match the homeowner's unique designer flair.

Spazio LA Tile Gallery
This master bathroom in Atwater Village was completely transformed with unique tile choices. From the texture on the metallic accent tiles to the pattern on the porcelain wall tiles that give the illusion of light reflections over water, all the tiles and finishes were carefully curated to give the bathroom a coastal look. The pattern cement tiles used the space with personality by adding some color to the monochromatic gray palette.
