Designs Daly was commissioned to conduct a comprehensive remodel of the property to transform it into a highly desirable rental space. Our expert team executed a harmonious blend of contemporary, bohemian and aesthetically pleasing accents, which have been thoughtfully integrated throughout the primary residence, as well as the front and backyard patios and detached apartment. Our design approach has been formulated to meet the diverse needs of the potential occupants who are keen to reside in the vibrant environment of Ventura, CA.

The outdated 70s hall bath is unrecognizable, its transformation being the most dramatic. This heavenly space now is the host to a gorgeous stylish soaking tub, making the perfect place for relaxation after a long day. Paired is a curb less shower encased in Deep Blue Nocturnal Sea Mosaic tile. Two niches were installed to make storage of shampoo and soaps easy whether the soaker tub or shower is your choice. Stratos Spindrift peddled tiles wrap the entire bathroom floor tying in all the tide-colored hues. A whitecap-colored floating vanity and trough sink creates perfect harmony in this crashing wave colored bath. The wall backlight mirror is the perfect accessory to this revolutionized bath.

This family vacation home sadly burned to the ground in the recent Northern California 2017 fires. Years of remodeling and decorating had just been completed, photographed a few months ago. All four generations so enjoyed get aways to this Napa retreat which centered on nature, relaxing and family. Lots of fun curvy shaped upholstery, color and art flowed with the wonderful chaos of lots of families being together. When I spoke to them on the phone, they were still in shock but said they planned to rebuilt and wanted me to be part of it.

This beach room/powder room is the perfect go-between from outside to in. After a day at the beach our clients wanted to be able to rinse off any sandy feet (or paws!) before entering the main living space. With pebbled floor, and convenient shower and storage, they are able to do just that.

Custom designed shower seat with soap niche recessed in previous wasted space. Glass mosaic wraps the base of the seat to add sparkle in the space. We installed a custom hinged glass panel for a splash guard.

A coastal master bathroom with a spa-like feel, with features a large soaking tub, a rain showerhead, and plenty of plush towels. Calming and relaxing ambiance, with soft colors, natural materials, and a sense of tranquility. Open layout, with plenty of space to move around and a seamless flow between the different areas of the room. Large window and plenty of natural light make a coastal master bathroom feel bright and airy, creating a sense of openness and freedom.

Lights provide a nautical vibe that play well with the Water and Wales wallpaper. Crystal finial faucet is tall and elegant with the Kohler glass vessel sink.
