The family room wall was designed around the homeowners' love for the New England area. We used Cape Cod Cedar Shakes to create the illusion that the family room was an addition to the exterior of another home. The stacked stone fireplace with rough-hewn mantel adds to the family room's relaxed, cozy, coastal feel.

Ocean views family room with colors that bring the outside inside. Roll arm sofa, square tufted ottoman in a combination of fabric and leather. Square ottomans for extra sitting. Swivel chairs allow to enjoy the spectacular view and watch TV at will. Custom window treatments with a nautical knot pattern. Wicker roman shades.

This thoughtfully designed and crafted bayfront getaway was build from the ground up. The homeowners desire to have “light and airy” big spaces for entertaining was achieved with the use of painted 1x8 U-Joint paneling throughout. The clever use of the existing allowed for a finished basement that walks right out to a beautiful Gunite pool and patio.

Five residential-style, three-level cottages are located behind the hotel facing 32nd Street. Spanning 1,500 square feet with a kitchen, rooftop deck featuring a fire place + barbeque, two bedrooms and a living room, showcasing masterfully designed interiors. Each cottage is named after the islands in Newport Beach and features a distinctive motif, tapping five elite Newport Beach-based firms: Grace Blu Design, Jennifer Mehditash Design, Brooke Wagner Design, Erica Bryen Design and Blackband Design.
