Space is at a premium in Coronado, so we took advantage of the dead area under the stairs to add cabinets and a comfortable place to read or take a nap. Wood looking porcelain on the stairs is outlined with schlueter for a clean crisp look.

This staircase project was completely customized using a handmade flatwoven wool rug. Our client had requested a green border to pull some of the green color within the pattern of the carpet. This type of installation is tricky because the pattern must line up correctly and conform to the shape of the staircase itself. We love how it came out and so did our client.

Perched high above Nauset beach this 4 bedroom shingle style cottage is truly a little “jewel box”.
The exterior finish is durable and beautiful red cedar with copper flashing. The double sided fireplace (living room and screen porch) was constructed from reclaimed antique bricks.
The interior spaces are modest and cozy with a wonderful eclectic blend of furnishings and finishes personally selected by the owners. One of my very favorite projects.
