This family wanted a cheerful casual coastal living room. We brought in lots of pattern and a red/white/navy palette to drive home the coastal look. The formerly red brick gas fireplace was wrapped in ship lap and given a custom hemlock mantel shelf. We also added an accent wall with navy grasscloth wallpaper that beautifully sets off the ivory sofa and unique wooden boat wreath.

The original dining room was converted to this open space to house the piano. Simple millwork adds a layer of elegance and a large mid-century inspired chandelier illuminates the piano and fills the tall ceiling space. Tan wood look floors add a touch of warmth.

Although the square footage made adding a dining room table to this open concept living room/ dining room seem unlikely we have the perfect condo sized furniture to make sure every function is represented in a beautiful way. That peak into the main bedroom proves that the design plans for every room need to flow together. Here nothing feels out of place.

The "Nautical Aqua Living Quarters" is one of our latest fan favorites that included an entryway, family room, dining room, play area, and kitchen space. The goal was to create a cohesive, warm and inviting space that this young family could enjoy. By utilizing some multi-functional storage elements, we created hidden spaces that helped organize kid toys. The introduction of the aqua color splash was a warm yet subtle pop that made everything visually flow.
