A custom pool house and mature, layered hedges add complete privacy to this beautiful backyard.

Pu'uwai Design & ConstructionThis beautiful white plantation style beach house lanai opens to a large grassy lawn and the beautiful ocean view beyond. The patio area is a natural flagstone material and the teak lounge chairs have been stained a dark ebony to protect the finish. The contrast of the dark stain and green and white cushions creates a nice pop of color. The green accents tie the furniture together with the tropical palms and ferns framing the pool, and match the interior's green and brown palette creating the indoor-outdoor feeling of the living room opening up and continuing onto the lanai. Above the teak outdoor dining table hangs a woven basket chandelier, and the outdoor sofa tucked into a a corner of the lanai creates a cozy corner for relaxing and reading while the white sail cloth provides much needed shade.
Think Outside GardensIn a unique location on a clifftop overlooking the ocean, an existing pool and rear garden was transformed inline with the ‘Hamptons’ style interiors of the home. The shape of an existing pool was changed to allow for more lawn and usable space. New tiling, rendered walls, planters and salt tolerant planting brought the garden up to date.
The existing undercover alfresco area in this Dover Heights family garden was opened up by lowering the tiling level to create internal height and a sense of spaciousness. The colour palette was purposely limited to match the house with white light greys, green plantings and blue in the furnishings and pool. The addition of a built in BBQ with shaker profile cupboards and marble bench top references the interior styling and brings sophistication to the outdoor space. Baby blue pool lounges and wicker furniture add to the ‘Hamptons’ feel.
Contemporary planters with Bougainvillea has been used to provide a splash of colour along the roof line for most of the year. In a side courtyard synthetic lawn was added to create a children’s play area, complete with elevated fort, cubby house and climbing wall.
Sunrise PoolsA combination of form and function, this pool serves as a great space to exercise or relax with the kids and friends. There are plenty of choices of where to lounge with the beach entry, long benches & soothing spa.

This swimming pool on Lake Delavan in Wisconsin measures 16'0" x 36'0", and the separate hot tub measures 6'0" x 9'0". Both pool and hot tub are equipped with separate automatic pool covers and custom stone lid systems. The coping on both is Valders Wisconsin Limestone. The pool stays pristine utilizing an in-floor cleaning system. The pool deck is Greyflek Lannon stone. The fire pit possesses River Walk stone. The pool and hot tub finishes are Ceramaquartz.
