Nestled in the former antiques & design district, this loft unites a charismatic history with lively modern vibes. If these walls could talk. We gave this industrial time capsule an urban facelift by enhancing the 19-century architecture with a mix of metals, textures and sleek surfaces to appeal to a sassy & youthful lifestyle. Transcending time and place, we designed this loft to be clearly confident, uniquely refined while maintaining its authentic bones.

This room belongs to a little girl who loves horses and surfing. It was a 10 x 10 x 10 blank canvas that the parents wanted to keep simple but maximize storage so that it could grow with their little ones tastes and needs. To accomplish this we did white built-ins to the ceiling and added a trundle bed for sleep overs. The colors were pulled from the Ikat quilt the little girl picked out.
Escape Studio
Pour la chambre parentale, nous avons condamné un des placards pour en faire les nouvelles toilettes et créer un dressing sur mesure.
Suivant mes conseils en décoration et choix des matériaux, les clients ont opté pour une ambiance douillette et naturelle.

It was time for a new style for this teenager’s bedroom. She desperately needed more room for clothes while dreaming of a grown-up room with drapes and a velvet bed. Too busy with teen life to focus on working with a designer, her mother offered the general guidelines. Design a room that will transition into young adulthood with furnishings that will be transferable to her apartment in the future. Two must haves: the color “millennial pink” and a hardwood floor!
This dark walk-out basement-bedroom was transformed into a bright, efficient, grown-up room so inviting that it earned the name “precious”!

Robeson Design
Bedroom in downtown loft with NO windows! This was the challenge Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson faced when beginning this Denver Loft Remodel.
Rebecca began by identifying the focal-point wall and addressing the overall dark feel of the room. She painted 3 walls a soft grey and one wall a dark navy blue. Rebecca applied her creative genius to the space by hanging nine beveled mirrors on the dark wall above the bed as a clever way to fool the eye into thinking the mirrors were windows. To further indulge the concept, Rebecca added crisp white linen panels to mimic window treatments on either side. This design idea created a dramatic symmetrical backdrop for the Bedroom furniture... A spectacular oversized blue and white rug (Aja Rugs) sets a perfect foundation for the queen size bed with two oversize nightstands in crisp white, the Bedroom was complete.

A vaulted ceiling in the spacious master bedroom allows sunlight to pour in through the elliptical arch of a pointed sunburst transom and the shallow triple bay of oversized windows below. Roll shades are built into the architecture and at the press of a button the room’s television ascends from the shelf of the window paneling within which it’s otherwise concealed.
