The wall mural sea of trees brings the outside in, and pairs beautifully with the natural paneled wood floor. It’s a room blessed with lots of natural light and this is flawlessly complimented. A statement hairpin work desk, of a good size with it’s slick steel legs is in fitting with the room . An earthy, dark grey, clean line sofa bed - greenery for warmth and texture, combined with the geometric pastel hue accessories wrap up the space perfectly.

All new windows we installed in this bright and stylish bedroom. As show in this lovely bedroom, we installed a new sliding window over the bed, plus two casement windows and a large picture window along the western wall.
All replacement windows are from Renewal by Andersen of Long Island, New York

The bedroom is full of contrasting luxurious textures. The headboard has panels of grey leather, crushed velvet and black painted glass that combine reflective and non reflective surfaces. The bed linen is from Gingerlily silk and MOLTENI home.
Different sources of lighting have been introduced in order to create different atmospheres and moods. The wall lights on either side of the mirror are in textures cast metal with moonstone back lit LED’s. The pendant lights by the bed are hand-blown faceted waxed glass.

A post-war, Glen Park house was dark and tiny but had good bones and imaginable city views. It was one of those “little boxes on the hillside”. Our design transformed and expanded it into a bright, open, and comfortable four bedroom townhouse with panoramic city views.
A huge new sliding skylight/roof hatch above an open staircase illuminates and seamlessly connects the central living and circulation spaces.
All bedrooms plus a family room/guest suite are oriented towards the rear and front of house, ensuring direct connection to the out of doors, and privacy from family gathering spaces.
The home is modern but has touches of warm traditional styling, anticipating a family with kids, a couple who enjoy entertaining, and or folks who like hunkering down with a good book and a morning cup of coffee.
