Our clients came to us whilst they were in the process of renovating their traditional town-house in North London. They wanted to incorporate more stylsed and contemporary elements in their designs, while paying homage to the original feel of the architecture. In early 2015 we were approached by a client who wanted us to design and install bespoke pieces throughout his home. Many of the rooms overlook the stunning courtyard style garden and the client was keen to have this area displayed from inside his home. In his kitchen-diner he wanted French doors to span the width of the room, bringing in as much natural light from the courtyard as possible. We designed and installed 2 Georgian style double doors and screen sets to this space. On the first floor we designed and installed steel windows in the same style to really give the property the wow factor looking in from the courtyard. Another set of French doors, again in the same style, were added to another room overlooking the courtyard. The client wanted the inside of his property to be in keeping with the external doors and asked us to design and install a number of internal screens as well. In the dining room we fitted a bespoke internal double door with top panel and, as you can see from the picture, it really suited the space. In the basement the client wanted a large set of internal screens to separate the living space from the hosting lounge. The Georgian style side screens and internal double leaf doors, accompanied by the client’s installation of a roof light overlooking the courtyard, really help lighten a space that could’ve otherwise been quite dark. After we finished the work we were asked to come back by the client and install a bespoke steel, single shower screen in his wet room. This really finished off the project… Fabco products truly could be found throughout the property!

Aging patina, stress cracks and some original saw marks combined with nail holes and solid knots give this grade of flooring a very unique character that is impossible to match with new flooring.

Réaménager l'étage de sa maison de ville - Projet Citadelle

Mon Concept Habitation

Nos clients souhaitaient revoir l’aménagement de l’étage de leur maison en plein cœur de Lille. Les volumes étaient mal distribués et il y avait peu de rangement. Le premier défi était d’intégrer l’espace dressing dans la chambre sans perdre trop d’espace. Une tête de lit avec verrière intégrée a donc été installée, ce qui permet de délimiter les différents espaces. La peinture Tuscan Red de Little Green apporte le dynamisme qu’il manquait à cette chambre d’époque. Ensuite, le bureau a été réduit pour agrandir la salle de bain maintenant assez grande pour toute la famille. Baignoire îlot, douche et double vasque, on a vu les choses en grand. Les accents noir mat et de bois apportent à la fois une touche chaleureuse et ultra tendance. Nous avons choisi des matériaux de qualité pour un rendu impeccable.

His and Her's master vanities. Towers on vanity are recessed into the wall. I have found that most cosmetics and beauty products are 3" in diameter or less. All we really need is a few visible shelves to store our tiny items as opposed to tossing everything into messy drawers. These towers take up minimal counter space, while allowing a clean clear view of items while getting ready. Unique features include soft closure drawers, and hidden power inside of the drawers for hair dryer, etc. This backsplash was a special unique feature which I aDORE! Taken on Alexandra's Iphone. Projet livré fin novembre 2022, budget tout compris 100 000 € : un appartement de vieille dame chic avec seulement deux chambres et des prestations datées, à transformer en appartement familial de trois chambres, moderne et dans l'esprit Wabi-sabi : épuré, fonctionnel, minimaliste, avec des matières naturelles, de beaux meubles en bois anciens ou faits à la main et sur mesure dans des essences nobles, et des objets soigneusement sélectionnés eux aussi pour rappeler la nature et l'artisanat mais aussi le chic classique des ambiances méditerranéennes de l'Antiquité qu'affectionnent les nouveaux propriétaires. La salle de bain a été réduite pour créer une cuisine ouverte sur la pièce de vie, on a donc supprimé la baignoire existante et déplacé les cloisons pour insérer une cuisine minimaliste mais très design et fonctionnelle ; de l'autre côté de la salle de bain une cloison a été repoussée pour gagner la place d'une très grande douche à l'italienne. Enfin, l'ancienne cuisine a été transformée en chambre avec dressing (à la place de l'ancien garde manger), tandis qu'une des chambres a pris des airs de suite parentale, grâce à une grande baignoire d'angle qui appelle à la relaxation. Côté matières : du noyer pour les placards sur mesure de la cuisine qui se prolongent dans la salle à manger (avec une partie vestibule / manteaux et chaussures, une partie vaisselier, et une partie bibliothèque). On a conservé et restauré le marbre rose existant dans la grande pièce de réception, ce qui a grandement contribué à guider les autres choix déco ; ailleurs, les moquettes et carrelages datés beiges ou bordeaux ont été enlevés et remplacés par du béton ciré blanc coco milk de chez Mercadier. Dans la salle de bain il est même monté aux murs dans la douche ! Pour réchauffer tout cela : de la laine bouclette, des tapis moelleux ou à l'esprit maison de vanaces, des fibres naturelles, du lin, de la gaze de coton, des tapisseries soixante huitardes chinées, des lampes vintage, et un esprit revendiqué "Mad men" mêlé à des vibrations douces de finca ou de maison grecque dans les Cyclades...
