A neat and aesthetic project for this 83 m2 apartment. Blue is honored in all its nuances and in each room. First in the main room: the kitchen. The mix of cobalt blue, golden handles and fittings give it a particularly chic and elegant look. These characteristics are underlined by the countertop and the terrazzo table, light and discreet. In the living room, it becomes more moderate. It is found in furnitures with a petroleum tint. Our customers having objects in pop and varied colors, we worked on a neutral and white wall base to match everything. In the bedroom, blue energizes the space, which has remained fairly minimal. The denim headboard is enough to decorate the room. The wooden night tables bring a touch of warmth to the whole. Finally the bathroom, here the blue is minor and manifests itself in its indigo color at the level of the towel rail. It gives way to this XXL shower cubicle and its almost invisible wall, worthy of luxury hotels.

We used underfloor electric heating in the bathroom and used modern fittings throughout! Keeping it clean and sharp with white tiles and a touch of red Grout, mimicking the colour of the floor. We commissioned a cabinet to fit under the wall-mounted sink.

Meuble bois massif (fêne olivier) sur-mesure. Sol effet granito de plastique recyclé : plus chaud aux pieds, solution hyper lavable pour un espace somme toute bien fréquenté ! Photo du projet fini à faire... avec mirroir, et luminaire et mitigeur design ;) (!) WC suspendu ultra économe en eau. Habillage bois : plateaux de Frene Olivier massif.

We gladly sank our teeth into this Ocean Grove project, converting a 90's ensuite into a modern day retreat. The toilet was sunken back into the window frame to help open the space, a 19mm terrazzo floor tile which was also used in their main kitchen/living space was used on the floor – paired with a handcrafted ceramic subway tile on the walls. The matt black tap-ware accentuates the sea of whiteness but nothing speaks more proudly than their (very heavy) custom made vanity and equally heavy cement counter top bowl.

En el baño secundario se genera una repisa en la zona de la ducha con continuidad en todo el frente de lavabo donde sirve de base de apoyo para el espejo. Los revestimientos de terrazo y porcelánico imitación cemento, combinados con una grifería en color inox mate, le dan una imagen actual sin estridencias.
