In diesem Bauernhaus, das vermutlich im 17. Jahrhundert erbaut wurde, fanden die neuen Eigentümer eine Holztreppe mit einem dunklen Teppich und einen Flurboden mit grünen Florentiner-Fliesen vor. Der Eingangsbereich, der zugleich zentraler Knotenpunkt im Haus ist, sollte modern und hell, aber gleichzeitig robust und pflegeleicht aufgewertet werden. Die indirekte LED Stufenbeleuchtung sorgt für stimmungsvolles Licht, das zugleich Trittsicherheit für Jung und Alt ermöglicht. Das Treppe-über-Treppe -System mit Naturstein von WERTHEBACH aus Siegen hat sowohl Flurboden, als auch die Holzstufen und die runden Wangen mit dem mattwarmen, satinierten Granit "Kashmir White" aus Indien ausgekleidet. Die Einheit im Stein verleiht dem Raum Ruhe und Größe - für Generationen.

This hand-crafted, wrought iron balustrade was inspired by the Brambledown stair in Gerrards Cross. The original 3D design, translated into a single plane, complements and contrasts with the clean lines of the marble treads, and extends along the galleries. At the base of each staircase, the crown walnut handrail profile with hand-carved scroll gives the impression of a falling teardrop, trailing the contour of the handrail base. The contrasting curves and lines are reflected in the octagonal mounting points which anchor the panels (to the side stringers and apron areas of the galleries), and create another detail of architectural interest. Holztreppe und Flurboden (Fliesen auf Spanplatte) aus den 70-er Jahren sollten hell und hochwertig modernisiert werden. Laminat, Vinyl und andere Beläge kamen nicht in Frage. Einbaubedingung der Hausherrin: keine Schneidarbeiten vor Ort. Unser "Meistertreppe" Natursteinsystem von WERTHEBACH ist genau für diese Fälle geschaffen. Wertiger und zeitrobuster Naturstein "Bianco Cristal Extra" aus Spanien ohne Zuschnittarbeiten vor Ort blitzsauber eingebracht. Treppe 1 Tag, Flurboden mit Nebenräumen 4 Tage.

Rénover touche par touche un hôtel particulier. Il s'agit d'un hôtel qui a fait l'objet d'une rénovation 3 ans avant l'acquisition de nos clients. Le style d'intérieur était assez tape-à-l'oeil, proche du rococo. Nos clients souhaitaient quelque chose de plus parisien. Ab initio, ils prévoyaient de tout casser/refaire. Cependant les matériaux utilisés étaient d'excellente qualité, nous avons préféré les garder et les retravailler/moderniser. Nous avons ainsi repeint, installé un nouveau parquet et travaillé la mensuiserie (tout a été fait en France). Les travaux ont eu lieu en août.
