Cette salle de bain qui possède des teintes très sombre joue sur l'alliance de la couleur noire et du bois ce qui donne une ambiance très chic. Des teintes dorées, des plantes et la lumière des leds viennent harmoniser le tout.

Pasadena, CA - Complete Bathroom Addition to an Existing House For this Master Bathroom Addition to an Existing Home, we first framed out the home extension, and established a water line for Bathroom. Following the framing process, we then installed the drywall, insulation, windows and rough plumbing and rough electrical. After the room had been established, we then installed all of the tile; shower enclosure, backsplash and flooring. Upon the finishing of the tile installation, we then installed all of the sliding barn door, all fixtures, vanity, toilet, lighting and all other needed requirements per the Bathroom Addition.

Notting Hill is one of the most charming and stylish districts in London. This apartment is situated at Hereford Road, on a 19th century building, where Guglielmo Marconi (the pioneer of wireless communication) lived for a year; now the home of my clients, a french couple. The owners desire was to celebrate the building's past while also reflecting their own french aesthetic, so we recreated victorian moldings, cornices and rosettes. We also found an iron fireplace, inspired by the 19th century era, which we placed in the living room, to bring that cozy feeling without loosing the minimalistic vibe. We installed customized cement tiles in the bathroom and the Burlington London sanitaires, combining both french and british aesthetic. We decided to mix the traditional style with modern white bespoke furniture. All the apartment is in bright colors, with the exception of a few details, such as the fireplace and the kitchen splash back: bold accents to compose together with the neutral colors of the space. We have found the best layout for this small space by creating light transition between the pieces. First axis runs from the entrance door to the kitchen window, while the second leads from the window in the living area to the window in the bedroom. Thanks to this alignment, the spatial arrangement is much brighter and vaster, while natural light comes to every room in the apartment at any time of the day. Ola Jachymiak Studio

A third time client, these empty nesters wanted to modernize an outdated bathroom with bold features and a masculine look. Ann Sacks cement tile complements the floor in a vivid pattern and matte black and brass features give the look a handsome appeal. Other features in this room: Kelly Wearstler wall sconces, Erica Wakerly wallpaper in the WC, Black, iron shower doors, and Ann Sacks shower tile.

Galley kitchen, transitional design...what did we use? Check it: White shaker cabinets built above a 12x24 earth tone porcelain tile. The counter tops are a bright white quartz (Cesar or Silestone both work), and the backsplash is shark belly gray 4x8 tiles and a glass pattern behind the cooktop as an accent. Speaking of the cooktop, the hood is stainless steel as are all of the appliances. This design was the perfect solution to a small galley kitchen in the heart of the historical district in Phoenix. Enjoy!
