From the homeowner: "I love standing at the center island in the kitchen, taking in what is happening in the entire house. From there I can see out the big windows in the front of the house to the street, out the custom window in the eating area to the backyard, into the mudroom in case someone comes in, what’s happening on the tv, and with the kids in the playroom. It is like the command center of the home."

Photo Credit Landmark Photography. This home was designed with entertainment in mind. It has minimal detailing to give that contemporary transitional simplicity. The outdoor living and entertainment takes advantage of the lush wooded back lot. The see through aquarium and fireplace gives each space a feeling of coziness while allowing the open feel desired. In the basement the bar and wine cellar hosts more entertaining possibilities. Across from the bar is a sunken gulf simulator room and Theater. With the ongoing concept of open floor plan guests can communicate from the many exciting spaces in the basement.

This basement features billiards, a sunken home theatre, a stone wine cellar and multiple bar areas and spots to gather with friends and family.

The living space features a black shelf from Ferm Living and coffee tables from Fest
Amsterdam, which also provided the living room's rug. An Array lighting "wave" lamp
adds a modern touch, and a cobalt sculpture by Berlin ceramic artist Latika Nehra is a
bold statement piece. Art plays a significant role in this interior story. A striking piece by German artist Lerke
Nennemann, marked by its vibrant yellow, perfectly complements the interior. Other
artworks were personal collections of the investors.

The bar itself has varying levels of privacy for its members. The main room is the most open and is dramatically encircled by glass display cases housing members’ private stock. A Japanese style bar anchors the middle of the room, while adjacent semi-private spaces have exclusive views of Lido Park. Complete privacy is provided via two VIP rooms accessible only by the owner.
