Architectural Design Services Provided - Existing interior wall between kitchen and dining room was removed to create an open plan concept. Custom cabinetry layout was designed to meet Client's specific cooking and entertaining needs. New, larger open plan space will accommodate guest while entertaining. New custom fireplace surround was designed which includes intricate beaded mouldings to compliment the home's original Colonial Style. Second floor bathroom was renovated and includes modern fixtures, finishes and colors that are pleasing to the eye.

Powder Room: Always a “little” room that needs drama! The Guest Bath wall colors are Sherwin Williams 6967 Frank Blue. This darling Downtown Raleigh Cottage is over 100 years old. The current owners wanted to have some fun in their historic home! Sherwin Williams and Restoration Hardware paint colors inside add a contemporary feel.

Mutina puzzle tiles in cerulean are the centerpiece of this powder room off of the kitchen. Custom cabinetry in maple and satin nickel complete the room.

We dressed this contemporary guest bathroom in sandy gray, taupe, and beige. The light earth tones keep the space elegant and timeless with little updates needed in the future.
