This upstairs bath remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. This bath features Cabico Essence vanity with Maple wood, Cartago (raised panel) door style and Columbia (Dark Brown) stain finish. This remodel also features LG Viatera Quartz countertop with Aria color and ¼ bevel edge. The bathroom floor is 16” x 16” Alterna Gistine Bisque and the tub tile wall is 24” x 24” Mediterranea Marmol Café honed. Other features include Sterling (By Kohler) tub in a biscuit color, Kohler ligh fixture in Oil rubbed bronze, Kohler shower trim in Oiul rubbed bronze, Kohler shower trim in Oil rubbed bronze and Kohler toilet in biscuit. The vanity hardware was from Amerock; both handles and knobs are in Satin Nickel.

Rustic modern bathroom. Separate drop in whirlpool tub. Large shower with bench. Very spa like feel.

Large Floor Plan which allowed the home owners to completely reconfigure the design layout. The simple and modern lines along with few color combinations, give the space a spa like relaxed tone and very inviting feeling. Natural light floods the area thru the large window, which centers the room for the soaker tub. Granite Tops with undermount rectangular sinks, garnishes the custom build double vanity cabinets. Double crown mouldings add to the visual and conclude the 9 ft ceiling elevation. Besides the obvious Wood Grain Porcelain Tile, the glass tile accents the wall and niche background and coordinates well with shower floor Natural Flat River Stone, ( Enhanced and Sealed with a Semi-Wet /semi-glossy product.) For those into aesthetic lighting, this bathroom includes an over the shower-rated LED light and nightlight combination with options of colors. Shown with the next level of lighting. color option.
