Fantastic project, client, and builder. Could not be happier with this modern beach home. Love the combination of wood, white, and black with beautiful glass accents all throughout.

Updated powder bathroom, complete with Emser 12x24" vertical subway tiles in Chemistry White, pendant light and live edge custom built in vanity. Pendant is from Vonn, vessel sink is from Decolav and sink faucet is Brizo in black. Flooring is OTM 24x48" tiles in Concrete/Gunpowder matte finish. Walls are painted in Sherwin Williams "Snowbound" and door and base trim are finished in Sherwin Williams "High Reflective White." Powder room door is a Redi Prime Simpson, painted in Sherwin Williams "Iron Ore."

This smaller space became quaint with the corner tub feel. the mixture of material facets allows the space to be poetically mis-matched. The two toned painted wall allows the charm with out the extra cost behind the bead board material.

Loft bathroom design inspired by love to wood, forest, and simplicity by Scandinavian design culture. Playing with different textures and vibrant contrast of black walls and Carrara white marble floor. Our colour scheme: white, black, light brow of natural wood, grey & green. This incredible design + build remodel completely transformed this from a builders basic master bath to a destination spa! Floating vanity with dressing area, large format tiles behind the luxurious bath, walk in curbless shower with linear drain. This bathroom is truly fit for relaxing in luxurious comfort.

Powder Room includes a black & white octagon & dot ceramic tile mosaic floor and white fixtures. Dark blue walls finish the clean neat space.

The shower and water closet are illuminated with the warm glow of natural sunlight though slabs of honey onyx; this warm amber effect is replicated at night when outdoor lighting switches on.
