Build A PoolCustom geometric courtyard pool for clients in Hunter’s Creek Addition of Edmond, Oklahoma. The design includes an elaborate brick shade wall with cast stone tops, and a tiered water feature wall with glass mosaic sheer descent. We used “ginger” colored concrete for the deck with a dry stamped pattern to match the home’s existing patio. Pool coping is an elegant 3cm Torreon Travertine. The waterline and trim tile are beautiful 2″x2″ Origins blue glass. The pool interior finish is a traditional Caribbean Blue premium quartz plaster.
For additional water features, we incorporated some simple but soothing water bubblers on the main entry sun ledge, along with two deck jets on the “furniture” sun ledge.

Signature Pools of TexasThis luxurious weekend home not only has a lake in its backyard, but a swimming pool too! The pool was elevated 8’ from the top of the lake so the backyard view from the deck would appear to be a seamless line of water. Several piers that are 15’ deep, as well as a beam, support the pool. The entire deck, coping, and the wall’s façade are finished with a mixture of Palo and Rosa flagstone. A custom accent fountain with copper pipes was designed to provide a little privacy but keeping with the integrity of the neighborhood’s ambiance without destroying the bay’s view. On the far end of the pool, in-pool bar stools were constructed so the homeowner and friends could keep cool while enjoying the sail boats and evening sunsets.

This indoor sunroom flows through the large sliding glass door area to the pool deck, and the brown blackout roman shades will totally block the UV rays and light when fully closed. Totally open and all of the natural light will come into the sunroom.
This Patio - Sunroom Project looks at some patio ideas and sunroom designs that will include window treatments for sliding glass doors, french doors, roller shades and solar shades. Outdoor curtains, blinds and shades can be made of solar fabric mesh material that will withstand the elements.
