Nestled in the Adelaide Hills, 'The Modern Barn' is a reflection of it's site. Earthy, honest, and moody materials make this family home a lovely statement piece. With two wings and a central living space, this building brief was executed with maximizing views and creating multiple escapes for family members. Overlooking a west facing escarpment, the deck and pool overlook a stunning hills landscape and completes this building. reminiscent of a barn, but with all the luxuries.

We created this outdoor kitchen from scratch. The client was very involved in the process. This outdoor kitchen boasts a smooth stucco finish with a limestone counter. The backsplash includes imported tiles from Portugal with a glass turquoise tile mosaic. We used a capstone
on top of the kitchen. The kitchen features an Artisan Grill and appliances and a U-Line refrigerator.

Complete remodel of a historical Presidio Heights pueblo revival home—originally designed by Charles Whittlesey in 1908. Exterior façade was reskinned with historical colors but the original architectural details were left intact. Work included the excavation and expansion of the existing street level garage, seismic upgrades throughout, new interior stairs from the garage level, complete remodel of kitchen, baths, bedrooms, decks, gym, office, laundry, mudroom and the addition of two new skylights. New radiant flooring, electrical and plumbing installed throughout.
