Chantilly Addition - Family Room to Dining Area

The new addition (everything right of the back patio door and behind the gray sofa) allowed us to create an open floor plan where Kitchen, Family Room, and Dining Area are all visually connected and can be enjoyed simultaneously. Floating furniture creates a cozy living space around the fireplace and TV, and the dining table is framed by new windows with window seat and the interior load-bearing column which defines space. The table is accented with double globe pendants for a great focal point.
