Includes a new floating vanity with touch LED light medicine cabinets, Delta touch technology faucets and custom backsplash. The jacuzzi tub is the perfect addition to the roll in shower with multiple shower heads. Now the homeowners can age in place with a timeless and functional design. ADA compliant should incorporate features that aid in your day-to-day life without sacrificing visual aesthetic.

The principal Bathroom is a clean, modern space where everything has its place. The double sinks are a single, integrated top that sits upon a custom designed vanity that floats above the heated tile floor. Tall storage cabinets sit on either side with an open niche and glass shelf for often used items. Wall mounted faucets keep the countertop tidy and a wide mirror with 3 LED light strips make morning prep a little easier. The large scale porcelain floor tile wraps up the vanity wall as well as into the shower.

This bathroom just off the entry way serves as the designated bathroom for the bunk room next door. With dual sinks, toilet stalls and shower stalls, this bathroom easily accommodates a crowd. The freestanding vanity is custom made in knotty alder, hosts dual natural stone 16" vessel sinks with Brizo Litze single handle wall mounted faucets in luxe nickel. Vanity lights are from Bridlewood in brushed nickel. Homeowners provided the mirror and decorative ladder, which will serve as a towel rack. Flooring is polished concrete, with natural finish, complimented by 2.5" knotty alder base. Walls and ceiling are painted with Benjamin Moore's "Dulche de Leche."

The master bathroom's black and white color palate ensures that the double vanity by Eclipse Cabinetry in Arizon Cypress pops. The floor to ceiling linen cabinets feature hidden hampers that keep the space tidy.
