Ruby Hills Estate: Complete revision to existing layout increasing size and function to space plan.

This is a large luxurious bathroom where the homeowners wanted an upscale sunken corner tub. The finished product is even more impressive in person.

Our clients came to us wanting to increase the size of the bathroom and reconfigure the closet to create a more functional space. We re-positioned the toilet, squared off the closet, and increased the overall size of the bathroom upon entry/ in front of the vanities. We removed the cultured marble tub and shower and created a zero-threshold, walk-in shower with a gorgeous Kohler “Veil” free standing tub paired with a floor mounted tub filler in a brushed nickel finish. The tile is a 12x24 cemento cassero bianco porceline on the walls and the floor to create seamless, spa-like escape. The focal point as you walk in is the 24-inch Deco column running vertical behind the tub. The vanity features an espresso cabinet with the Britannica Cambria Quartz countertop. This gorgeous Quartz features a waterfall edge and a show stopping 8-inch vanity backsplash with wall mounted vanity faucets.

This amazing contemporary bathroom features a beautiful fireplace, a customer supplied freestanding tub, and IPT undermount sinks in the large Starmark (Farmington Series) double vanity with a Driftwood/Ebony finish. The vanity countertop is an engineered quartz with customer supplied faucets, mirrors, and lights. The tile surrounding the fireplace is Emser Tile's Lucente Circle Glass & Stone Blend, while the flooring that is carried throughout the bathroom is Arizona Tile's Africa Silver in a 12" x 24". This was a complete gut of the old space and was and easy remove and replacement of the old. This was a contemporary design. The floors add a touch of flare to this small space. Its a mixture of simplicity and boldness all in one GREAT space!
