The programmatic functions are separated into zones of public, semi-public, and private use. These zones are arranged around the existing swimming pool, spiraling in a rectangular helix from the elevated roof deck down through the living spaces to the poolside recreation room. The architectural massing reflects this organization with the form of the private portion being most solid, and the public living areas being more transparent.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen but separated by a Paperstone bar countertop. The cabinet to the right of the double sided fireplace is a built in cocktail bar with open shelves above it, allowing the light and air from the music room behind it to flow through.

Flanking the left and right sides of the arched entryway of the dining room are beautiful "Brookhill" maple cabinets in White Icing by Medallion Cabinetry. The lighted, glass door cabinetry helped to keep these areas light and airy. The countertops are "Ice Crystals" quartzite, the backsplash tiles are marble and glass arabesque and the custom hardware is by Edgar Berebi.
