This home has been through many transformations throughout the decades. It originally was built as a ranch style in the 1970’s. Then converted into a two-story with in-law apartment in the 1980’s. In 2015, the new homeowners wished to take this to the next level and create a modern beauty in the heart of suburbia.

True Hardwood Flooring
THE TRUE DIFFERENCE
The new True hardwood flooring collection is truly amazing with stunning colors and features. Hallmark Floors is the first to master this revolutionary technology of replicating “the bog-wood process” that occurs when logs lie buried in lakes, river, and waterways for hundreds of years, deprived of oxygen and sunlight. This process in nature can take centuries for the wood to turn from its natural color to deep golden brown or even completely black. Hallmark has emulated nature’s methods to create saturated colors throughout the top layer, creating stunning, weathered patinas.
True bog-wood, driftwood, and weathered barn wood are all very rare. These cherished wood treasures are in high demand worldwide for use in furniture and flooring. Now Hallmark has made these prized finishes available to everyone through our True hardwood flooring collection.
Unique Home Solutions Inc.
Architecturally, this is one of the most interesting homes I have staged. The home is nestled right in between two traditional homes on the street. The home is narrow and deep but still has an open concept.
If you are looking to stage your property, give us a call. With paint, a redesign and new furniture and accessories, we can help you prepare your home so it will appeal to the most buyers. Call Joanne at 514-222-5553

Surrounded by trees and a symphony of song birds, this handsome Rustic Mountain Home is a hidden jewel with an impressive articulation of texture and symmetry. Cedar Shakes Siding, Large Glass Windows and Steel Cable Railings combine to create a unique Architectural treasure. The sleek modern touches throughout the interior include Minimalistic Interior Trim, Monochromatic Wall Paint, Open Stair Treads, and Clean Lines that create an airy feel. Rustic Wood Floors and Pickled Shiplap Walls add warmth to the space, creating a perfect balance of clean and comfortable. A see-through Gas Fireplace begins a journey down the Master Suite Corridor, flooded with natural light and embellished with Vaulted Exposed Beam Ceilings. The Custom Outdoor Fire-pit area is sure to entice a relaxing evening gathering.
