Eastbourne House

Our builder client was constructing a premium 4 bedroom family home in popular Eastbourne, built for immediate sale. The site was steep, nestled against the Eastbourne hills. A series of boxes stacked on high created forms and spaces that were interesting both inside and out. Our builder had a tight budget and high aspirations for sale price, which were realised at sale time.
