Our clients selected a combination of navy and white high gloss units with Silestone Calcutta Gold worktops for their new kitchen. We explored several layout options including a design with a peninsular. Our clients settled on a design without the peninsular but with the fridge/freezer on the end of the sink run. This location meant that fridge could be easily accessed from the dining area as well as the kitchen. The new kitchen looks fabulous and has lots of practical storage solutions which include: A pull-out larder An integrated bin unit A narrow pull-out unit for oils and cooking sauces Wide pan drawers and a cutlery under the hob Le Mans corner unit A wall unit modified to fit a around pillar so every bit of available space can be used

This kitchen remodel was for two empty nesters. Their townhouse had a small working space in the kitchen with a little breakfast nook that served more as a drop zone and storage area than functional kitchen space. We completely reconfigures the spaced by moving the sink and range to the long wall adding a beverage center and drop zone as you enter through the garage and a small island for prep and conversation. The finishes include maple stained cabinet, as they didn’t want a white kitchen, with a dark blue island . They love traveling and collecting momentous from their favorite destinations. The Italian hand blown glass pendant over the sink tied the space together and made it feel special to their style. Overall, the flow is much more functional and offers ample counter space. They love working at the island when making cookies with their grandson.

Our clients have lived in this 1985 North Dallas home for almost 10 years, and it was time for a change. They had to decide whether to move or give the home an update. They were in a small quiet neighborhood tucked away near the popular suburb of Addison and also near the beautiful Celestial Park. Their backyard was like a hidden paradise, which is hard to find in Dallas, so they decided to update the two primary areas that needed it: the kitchen and the master bathroom. The kitchen had a black and white retro checkerboard tile floor, and the bathroom was very Tuscan. There were no cabinets on the main wall in the kitchen before. They were lacking space and functionality and desperately needed a complete overhaul in their kitchen. There were two entryways leading into the kitchen from the foyer, so one was closed off and the island was eliminated, giving them space for an entire wall of cabinets. The cabinets along this back kitchen wall were finished with a gorgeous River Rock stain. The cabinets on the other side of the kitchen were painted Polar, creating a seamless flow into the living room and creating a one-of-a-kind kitchen! Large 24x36 Elysium Tekali crema polished porcelain tiles created a simple, yet unique kitchen floor. The beautiful Levantina quartzite countertops pulled it all together and everything from the pop-up outlets in the countertops to the roll-up doors on the pantry cabinets, to the pull-out appliance shelves, makes this kitchen super functional and updated!

To ensure peak performance, the Boise Passive House utilized triple-pane glazing with the A5 aluminum window, Air-Lux Sliding door, and A7 swing door. Each product brings dynamic efficiency, further affirming an air-tight building envelope. The increased air-seals, larger thermal breaks, argon-filled glazing, and low-E glass, may be standard features for the Glo Series but they provide exceptional performance just the same. Furthermore, the low iron glass and slim frame profiles provide clarity and increased views prioritizing overall aesthetics despite their notable efficiency values.

The roofline of the building is expressed on the interior in the form of lofty, vaulted ceilings. Anchored by an extruded volume for the fireplace and a large corner window in the living room, the gracious open-concept room offers multiple distinct living areas within it.
