House of a Different Color
Full condo renovation: replaced carpet and laminate flooring with continuous LVP throughout; painted kitchen cabinets; added tile backsplash in kitchen; replaced appliances, sink, and faucet; replaced light fixtures and repositioned/added lights; selected all new furnishings- some brand new, some salvaged from second-hand sellers. Goal of this project was to stretch the dollars, so we worked hard to put money into the areas with highest return and get creative where possible. Phase 2 will be to update additional light fixtures and repaint more areas.

A beautifully decorated ornamental style tin ceiling is the focus in this dining room. The glass globes of the chandelier have an old world feel to it adding to the uniqueness of the space. The decor adds a worldly feel to it keeping it on theme.

The open plan entry, kitchen, living, dining, with a whole wall of frameless folding doors highlighting the gorgeous harbor view is what dreams are made of. The space isn't large, but our design maximized every inch and brought the entire condo together. Our goal was to have a cohesive design throughout the whole house that was unique and special to our Client yet could be appreciated by anyone. Sparing no attention to detail, this Moroccan theme feels comfortable and fashionable all at the same time. The mixed metal finishes and warm wood cabinets and beams along with the sparkling backsplash and beautiful lighting and furniture pieces make this room a place to be remembered. Warm and inspiring, we don't want to leave this amazing space~

These clients are in their forever condo. They had it renovated before reaching out to us. However, removing a wall in their great room created a very large and complex space to plan for.
They tried to fill it with a very large sectional but never used it.
They have spent many years traveling and collecting items that were very sentimental to them but felt that their treasures were not being displayed in the best way.

The living, dining, and kitchen spaces are all open to one another. This makes the amount of square footage seem much larger, especially when paired with the vaulted ceilings.

The dining room is open to the kitchen, so the floor pattern creates the distinction of the space. The groin vaulted ceiling that is painted with a dark bronze metallic also defines the area.
