HomeSource Builders
We built the original, multi-sided Deltec home for this client in 2009. After a few years, they asked us to add on a traditionally-constructed expansion of two stories, plus 3 third-story tower. Over time, we've constructed a pottery/art studio, a kiln house, storage building, and most recently, a 1,200 sq. ft. Deltec shop to house tools for the owner’s hobby—welding. The secluded compound is far, far off the beaten path, at the end of a one-lane mountain road. Their retirement lifestyle and decorating tastes are traditional casual.
Archadeck of Central South Carolina
Archadeck extended this concrete patio substantially in length and depth. Taking it beyond builder grade. The expansion provides additional square footage, which translates into more room for recreational activities. In addition, the larger patio also helps define the back yard and is better suited to the footprint of the existing home. The original small builder-grade patio did not balance well with the scale of the large two-story home.

Archadeck of Central South Carolina
The interior of the covered patio/porch is easy on the eyes and will require little maintenance on the homeowners’ part. The interior ceiling is low-maintenance white aluminum. We added three ceiling fans to help cool the space on hot summer days. Archadeck also outfitted the porch with a TV mount so the homeowners can enjoy movies and sports outdoors.
Vue Custom Pools

Black bottom pools can look spectacular with NO worry of not seeing the bottom (you know...where the snakes are, at least that's what I'm told). So untrue. Both these pools were renovated some time ago and are crystal clear seeing all the way to 7-8' depth. The main drain - which you can CLEARLY see is where the snakes hide - hee hee. Not in these pools. Lovely Pebble Tec!
Ventura Homes
This outdoor space is perfect for entertaining. With two set of double doors that lead out here from the living room, there is a fill view of this amazing area from the indoors. The gas fire pit, pergola, and custom designed water fountain add a lot of charm and comfort to this outdoor living space!
