After a 21 year moratorium on bearing children, I bore my fourth child just 14 months ahead of my third grandchild. I know, it is a mind bender. But with that in mind just know that I could not spare any expense when decorating her room. I consider it to an eclectic style in more ways than one because it is a blend of styles, age groups, and era periods due to my first 28 years of rearing children.

Red dominates in this Great North Wood themed kids bedroom. With a conversion kit, the Stanley Young America Crib in Chili Pepper is transformed into a full sized big boy bed. Moose, bears, trout, deer, canoes, pines and rustic tree accents bring the feeling of the Great North Woods to this little boys bedroom. Unique accents like a punched tin trout wall hanging and rustic birch bark monogrammed letters personalize the space. A neutral beige backdrop makes all the red and green really furniture stand out.
