Clean lines and a refined material palette transformed the Moss Hill House master bath into an open, light-filled space appropriate to its 1960 modern character. Underlying the design is a thoughtful intent to maximize opportunities within the long narrow footprint. Minimizing project cost and disruption, fixture locations were generally maintained. All interior walls and existing soaking tub were removed, making room for a large walk-in shower. Large planes of glass provide definition and maintain desired openness, allowing daylight from clerestory windows to fill the space. Light-toned finishes and large format tiles throughout offer an uncluttered vision. Polished marble “circles” provide textural contrast and small-scale detail, while an oak veneered vanity adds additional warmth. In-floor radiant heat, reclaimed veneer, dimming controls, and ample daylighting are important sustainable features. This renovation converted a well-worn room into one with a modern functionality and a visual timelessness that will take it into the future. Photographed by: place, inc

This living room design is best appreciated when compared to the frumpy "before" view of the room. The lovely bones of this cute bungalow cried out for a "refresh". This tall couple needed a sofa that would be supportive . I recommended a clean lined style with legs to open up the rather small space. The minimalist design of the contemporary swivel chair is perfect for the center of the room. A media cabinet with contrasting white and driftwood finishes offers storage but doesn't appear too bulky. The marble cocktail table and faux bois end tables add a nature inspired sense of elegance.

This transitional family space features antiques, as well as custom made and ready-made pieces to create a one of a kind look. And here you go - sectionals can be the right choice if well proportioned and accessorized correctly. The nailhead trim on this modular sectional really ups the glam factor! For the Parlor, we did a beautiful yellow; the color just glows with warmth; gray on the walls, green rug and red cabinetry makes this one of the most playful rooms I have ever done. We used red cabinetry for TV and office components. And placed them on the wall so the cats can climb up and around the room and red shelving on one wall for the cat walk and on the other cabinet with COM Fabric that have cut outs for the cats to go up and down and also storage.

A contemporary down filled custom sectional is neutral and timeless. An antique log home piece was converted to a coffee table by adding castors, a unique conversation piece at a great price. A found oar and heirloom snowshoes add whimsey and add a cottage element to the wall with their graphic shapes. Modern contemporary and rustic minimalism is our signature look.

Our clients had inherited a dated, dark and cluttered kitchen that was in need of modernisation. With an open mind and a blank canvas, we were able to achieve this Scandinavian inspired masterpiece. A light cobalt blue features on the island unit and tall doors, whilst the white walls and ceiling give an exceptionally airy feel without being too clinical, in part thanks to the exposed timber lintels and roof trusses. Having been instructed to renovate the dining area and living room too, we've been able to create a place of rest and relaxation, turning old country clutter into new Scandinavian simplicity.
