Das Badezimmer im Neubau eines Fertighauses im Umsiedlungsort Keyenberg (neu) wurde von uns umgeplant und neu strukturiert. Die so entstandene Trennwand bietet nun Platz für den großzügigen Waschtisch von agape aus Corean. Dahinter verbergen sich eine großzügige Dusche sowie das WC. Von der Decke über die Wände bis hin zum Fußboden ist alles in einem Ton gehalten. Naturtöne dominieren diesen Raum und lassen Ruhe und Harmonie einkehren. Die schwarzen Leuchten, Armaturen und Accessoires setzen perfekte Akzente.

This Parents Retreat is exactly what the clients wanted, it allows clear visual connection which promotes conversation as they are very busy people, it has all of the visual stimulants to make the clients feel better whilst functioning through the spaces and it is a real showstopper

Our Stevenage Project involved the complete refurbishment of a family home. The clients had just purchased this home and wanted every part of the house refurbished. New bathrooms, new kitchen, flooring, wallcovering, lightings, electrics, plumbing. We project managed and designed this project.

The designed added a coffee maker and under counter refrigerator for the days the clients want to hang out in their adjoining spacious bedroom or curl up on the settee.

The home’s existing master bathroom was very compartmentalized (the pretty window that you can now see over the tub was formerly tucked away in the closet!), and had a lot of oddly angled walls. We created a completely new layout, squaring off the walls in the bathroom and the wall it shared with the master bedroom, adding a double-door entry to the bathroom from the bedroom and eliminating the (somewhat strange) built-in desk in the bedroom. Moving the locations of the closet and the commode closet to the front of the bathroom made room for a massive shower and allows the light from the window that had been in the former closet to brighten the space. It also made room for the bathroom’s new focal point: the fabulous freestanding soaking tub framed by deep niche shelving. The new double-door entry shower features a linear drain, bench seating, three showerheads (two handheld and one overhead), and floor-to-ceiling tile. A floating double vanity with bookend storage towers in contrasting wood anchors the opposite wall and offers abundant storage (including two built-in hampers in the towers). Champagne bronze fixtures and honey bronze hardware complete the look of this luxurious retreat.

The primary bathroom’s grounding charcoal palette contributes to a spa like experience. The Pietra Grey marble used in the shower and vanity carries over into the window casings. A steam shower custom designed with Pietra Grey marble features a folding teak bench to maximize space when not in use. Rounded edges soften the look and nod to the arched windows and doorways.
