Drei klar ablesbare Baukörper verbinden sich in einem mittigen Erschließungskern, schaffen Blickbezüge zwischen den einzelnen Funktionsbereichen und erzeugen dennoch ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre. Die Kombination aus Massivholzelementen, Stahlbeton und Glas verbindet sich dabei zu einer wirtschaftlichen Hybridlösung mit größtmöglichem Gestaltungsspielraum.
