This dated home has been massively transformed with modern additions, finishes and fixtures. A full turn key every surface touched. Created a new floor plan of the existing interior of the main house. We exposed the T&G ceilings and captured the height in most areas. The exterior hardscape, windows- siding-roof all new materials. The main building was re-space planned to add a glass dining area wine bar and then also extended to bridge to another existing building to become the main suite with a huge bedroom, main bath and main closet with high ceilings. In addition to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms that were reconfigured. Surrounding the main suite building are new decks and a new elevated pool. These decks then also connected the entire much larger home to the existing - yet transformed pool cottage. The lower level contains 3 garage areas and storage rooms. The sunset views -spectacular of Molokini and West Maui mountains.

Boulevard House is an expansive, light filled home for a young family to grow into. It’s located on a steep site in Ivanhoe, Melbourne. The home takes advantage of a beautiful northern aspect, along with stunning views to trees along the Yarra River, and to the city beyond. Two east-west pavilions, linked by a central circulation core, use passive solar design principles to allow all rooms in the house to take advantage of north sun and cross ventilation, while creating private garden areas and allowing for beautiful views.

Large Master Bath remodel in West Chester PA inspired by blue glass. Bye-Bye old bathroom with large tiled tub deck and small shower and Hello new bathroom with a fabulous new look. This bathroom has it all; a spacious shower, free standing tub, large double bowl vanity, and stunning tile. Bright multi colored blue mosaic tiles pop in the shower on the wall and the backs of the his and hers niches. The Fabuwood vanity in Nexus frost along with the tub and wall tile in white stand out clean and bright against the dark blue walls. The flooring tile in a herringbone pattern adds interest to the floor as well. Over all; what a great bathroom remodel with a bold paint color paired with tile and cabinetry selections that bring it all together.

Lighted mirrors, floating cabinets, all marble floor & shower plus a glass sputnik chandelier create a modern spa bathroom in this ski in, ski out mountain chalet.
Deja Designs
This ocean theme tiled bathroom is the en suite bath for the massive 700 sq. ft. bunk/media/game room at Deja View Villa, a Caribbean vacation rental in St. John USVI. Tile resembling a sandy beach going into the deep blue of Caribbean water was custom hand built one square foot at a time by Susan Jablon Mosaics in New York. Her unique, original mosaics were just what we were looking for to create this dramatic beach theme bathroom! Tongue and groove cypress is used on the ceiling and 96" long floating, mahogany, shaker style cabinets are used to provide lots of storage and counter top space. The led lights behind the mirrors are motion sensored to provide subtle light.
