Gorgeous custom built home on Virgin Gorda utilizing many different species including Ipe, Cumaru, Western Red Cedar, Cypress, and Reclaimed River Cypress. Every profile from large dimensional beams to pregrooved decking to shiplap/T&G/Rainscreen siding and soffit profiles.

This elegant kitchen remodel includes, white shaker cabinets with calacatta look quartz from Dal Tile. The appliances and kitchen sink are stainless steel to keep the clean look. Moving to the Master Bathroom, the home owner kept their own cabinets, they selected a quartz from Dal Tile called Luminesce (NQ75). We used the same quartz countertop to put at the top of the tub. On the accent wall there is a mosaic called Gris Baroque (DA19) from Dal Tile, it is a glass and limestone mosaic. The Tub face and vanity backsplash is a 4x16 subway tile from Arizona Tile in the H-Line series called Café Glossy. The same 4x16 Café Glossy is used on the shower wall, the fixtures are in a stainless finish. The floor is also from Dal Tile called Haze Light Polished (IG97). Lastly the guest bathroom includes white shaker cabinets, quartz countertop from Cambria called Roxwell, beveled subway tile from Daltile called Arctic White (D190), a soaking tub and an accent wall in a glass mosaic from Arizona Tile called strata titanium.

Conception de plusieurs bungalows de séjour, de tailles et confort variables dans le cadre de la construction d'un resort hotelier à Lombok en Indonésie. Design des espaces intérieurs et terrasses. Création d'une ambiance fraîche, minérale et boisée. Implantation et agencement selon la topographie environnante, le lieu se trouvant sur les hauteurs, à quelques centaines de mètres de la mer. Travail sur le rapport intérieur/extérieur par le biais des ouvertures, et choix de l'emplacement des baies vitrées selon le paysage environnant, afin d'apporter une double orientation, voire triple pour les bungalows les plus luxueux, et profiter de la vue magnifique tout au long de la journée. Création de salles de bains semi ouvertes à l'Indonésienne car la chaleur est persistante toute l'année. L'agencement est simple, les espaces sont composés d'un lit et d'un petit salon, et de rangements integrés aux cloisons. Choix du mobilier et des accessoires. Les matériaux sont issus de l'industrie et de l'artisanat locaux. Le bois exotique est sombre et apporte de la présence, et les pierres, de formes et apparences variées sont également très présentes. Les espaces communs, restaurant/cuisine et piscine, ont été dessinés par des intervenants spécialistes.

Raenelle & Adi were in need of a remodeling their dated master bathroom. They have plans to remodel different areas of their home, and decided to start with the master bathroom. They were looking to create a modern space with an elegant and functional layout. Our team enjoyed working with them and we are looking to help them with their remodeling projects. The master bath had a complete renovation and everything was removed, except for the closet and window. We built a custom tile shower with a raised dry-off area, installed new shaker-style cabinets including a large linen Cabinet for more storage. They chose Waypoint 410 Harbor cabinets, and new porcelain tile for the flooring called Cemento Cassero Grigio 12x24". We removed the bathtub, and used Smooth White Matte 4x24" Ceramic Tile on the wall to give it the look of shiplap, Artisan Conte Porcelain Tile 8 x8" for the wall niche, and Hemisphere Unglazed Sliced Pebble Mosaic in Seaside for the shower floor. They also asked us to install a Delta Rain Showerhead, a Delta Trinsic Monitor 17 series diverter valve, and a frameless glass enclosure with no door. This gives the bathroom a very open feeling. The new vanity includes Della Terra Oceana Quartz countertop to go along with the beachy feel of the bathroom. Rectangle bathroom under-mount sinks, 2 Delta Trinsic single hole faucets, 2 Kohler Essential 34 x 22” rectangle mirrors, and 3 Nuvo Lighting Intention 7” bathroom sconce vanity lights. MIxing the black and gold gives the bathroom a n updated elegant look.
