Clean, contemporary white oak slab cabinets with a white Chroma Crystal White countertop. Cabinets are set off with sleek stainless steel handles. The appliances are also stainless steel. The diswasher is Bosch, the refridgerator is a Kenmore professional built-in, stainless steel. The hood is stainless and glass from Futuro, Venice model. The double oven is stainless steel from LG. The stainless wine cooler is Uline. the stainless steel built-in microwave is form GE. The irridescent glass back splash that sets off the floating bar cabinet and surrounds window is Vihara Irridescent 1 x 4 glass in Puka. Perfect for entertaining. The floors are Italian ceramic planks that look like hardwood in a driftwood color. Simply gorgeous. Lighting is recessed and kept to a minimum to maintain the crisp clean look the client was striving for. Luxurious and modern kitchen. The standout feature is the large kitchen island with a striking marble countertop that appears to have dramatic veining patterns. The island has a sleek dark wood base with gold hardware accents. The kitchen features a mix of light and dark cabinetry, with the light cabinets near the windows allowing natural light to brighten the space. The backsplash behind the dark cabinets has a decorative tiled pattern adding visual interest. The ceiling has a unique wood beam design, and the lighting fixture above the island is a stylish grouping of white orb pendants. Large windows allow ample natural light to enter the space, and there are various decorative elements like vases with greenery and a breadbasket on the island countertop. Overall, the kitchen exudes a modern yet warm ambiance, with thoughtful design elements and high-end finishes creating a luxurious and inviting cooking and entertaining space.

The phrase "luxury master suite" brings this room to mind. With a double shower, double hinged glass door and free standing tub, this water room is the hallmark of simple luxury. It also features a hidden niche, a hemlock ceiling and brushed nickle fixtures paired with a majestic view.

In this bespoke primary suite, we created one larger space that allows for dressing bathing and an experience of every day Luxury at home! For a spa-like experience we have a floating island of sink vanities, a custom steam shower with hidden lighting in the display niche, and glass doors that defined the space without closing anything off.

This beautiful principle suite is like a beautiful retreat from the world. Created to exaggerate a sense of calm and beauty. The tiles look like wood to give a sense of warmth, with the added detail of brass finishes. the bespoke vanity unity made from marble is the height of glamour. The large scale mirrored cabinets, open the space and reflect the light from the original victorian windows, with a view onto the pink blossom outside.

Modern Dining Room in an open floor plan, sits between the Living Room, Kitchen and Outdoor Patio. The modern electric fireplace wall is finished in distressed grey plaster. Modern Dining Room Furniture in Black and white is paired with a sculptural glass chandelier.

Large and modern master bathroom primary bathroom. Grey and white marble paired with warm wood flooring and door. Expansive curbless shower and freestanding tub sit on raised platform with LED light strip. Modern glass pendants and small black side table add depth to the white grey and wood bathroom. Large skylights act as modern coffered ceiling flooding the room with natural light.

The brief was to create a Classic Contemporary Ensuite and Principle bedroom which would be home to a number of Antique furniture items, a traditional fireplace and Classical artwork. We created key zones within the bathroom to make sufficient use of the large space; providing a large walk-in wet-floor shower, a concealed WC area, a free-standing bath as the central focus in symmetry with his and hers free-standing basins. We ensured a more than adequate level of storage through the vanity unit, 2 bespoke cabinets next to the window and above the toilet cistern as well as plenty of ledge spaces to rest decorative objects and bottles. We provided a number of task, accent and ambient lighting solutions whilst also ensuring the natural lighting reaches as much of the room as possible through our design. Our installation detailing was delivered to a very high level to compliment the level of product and design requirements.

In a protective portico constructed of concrete, stone and wood an outdoor kitchen and dining area sits adjacent to the client's entertainment plaza. The RYAN HUGHES Design Build team created an elegant outdoor design with custom built outdoor rooms and features. All is tied together with a family friendly flow.
