Artistic Floors by Design, Inc.
This home in Heritage Hills underwent a heavenly transformation with the help of Kimberly Timmons Interiors and Artistic Floors by Design's 3-8" white oak circle- and kerf-sawn white oak floors milled by a Colorado company and custom colored by Joseph Rocco, then finished with matte waterbased polyurethane.

The staircase wraps around the hall as it rises, becoming a gallery space above that is set back from the walls of the lower hall.

Beautiful entry double marble staircase with wrought iron railing and large crystal chandelier.
Ann Lowengart Interiors
We juxtaposed bold colors and contemporary furnishings with the early twentieth-century interior architecture for this four-level Pacific Heights Edwardian. The home's showpiece is the living room, where the walls received a rich coat of blackened teal blue paint with a high gloss finish, while the high ceiling is painted off-white with violet undertones. Against this dramatic backdrop, we placed a streamlined sofa upholstered in an opulent navy velour and companioned it with a pair of modern lounge chairs covered in raspberry mohair. An artisanal wool and silk rug in indigo, wine, and smoke ties the space together.
Traci Connell Interiors
This gorgeous entry is the perfect setting to the whole house. With the gray and white checkerboard flooring and wallpapered walls above the wainscoting, we love this foyer.
