This client was creating an Air BNB and wanted to allow as many guests as possible for the most revenue, and that ls exactly what he got!
With this project my goal was to help my client host as many guests as possible. We always discuss the ideas, talk about paint colors, lighting, decor, and ways to add textures. During construction we do everything needed to execute the design.
Just the Thing Decorating, Staging, and Windows
Fresh and modern home used to be dark and traditional. New flooring, finishes and furnitures transformed this into and up to date stunner.

Being that this is their Miami gateway we furnished the living room with two white leather sofas and accents in aqua blue evoking the ocean. A 6 foot custom bench adds extra seating in an elegant yet informal space. We continued the color scheme with the Thibaut fabrics in the curtains and pillows. Shell prints in antique mirrored frames are by the English company Trowbridge.

Breathe Design Studio
A transitional townhouse for a family with a touch of modern design and blue accents. When I start a project, I always ask a client to describe three words that they want to describe their home. In this instance, the owner asked for a modern, clean, and functional aesthetic that would be family-friendly, while also allowing him to entertain. We worked around the owner's artwork by Ryan Fugate in order to choose a neutral but also sophisticated palette of blues, greys, and green for the entire home. Metallic accents create a more modern feel that plays off of the hardware already in the home. The result is a comfortable and bright home where everyone can relax at the end of a long day.

This project has been an amazing transformation. The photos simply do not do it justice. The 75 inch television and gas ribbon fireplace are placed on a background of oyster shell tile with a white grout and framed with a cantilevered top, floating shelves, and a floating mantle made from african Sapele. LED lighting sets off the tile, floating shelves and art niche, and can be dimmed to set the mood. A modern, high gloss floating media cabinet provides storage for components and has two drawers to hold all those small items.
