横浜の住宅街に建つ。外壁および屋根は耐久性を重視したｶﾞﾘﾊﾞﾘｳﾑ鋼板たてはぜ葺き。ｴﾝﾄﾗﾝｽ廻りの人が触れる部分は、ﾚｯﾄﾞｼﾀﾞｰの外壁としました。北側道路で、その他の面は家で囲まれているため、北側リビングに吹抜けを設けﾊｲｻｲﾄﾞﾗｲﾄから南の光を採りいれています。
