The great room opens out to the beautiful back terrace and pool Much of the furniture in this room was custom designed. We designed the bookcase and fireplace mantel, as well as the trim profile for the coffered ceiling.

A full renovation of a dated but expansive family home, including bespoke staircase repositioning, entertainment living and bar, updated pool and spa facilities and surroundings and a repositioning and execution of a new sunken dining room to accommodate a formal sitting room.

We added the bejeweled deer antlers, rock collections, chandeliers and a cool cowhide rug to their mix of antique and modern furniture. The scenic village of Mountain Brook Alabama, known for its hills, scenic trails and quiet tree-lined streets. The family found a charming traditional 2-story brick house that was newly built. The trick was to make it into a home. How the family would move throughout the home on a daily basis was the guiding principle in creating dedicated spots for crafting, homework, two separate offices, family time and livable outdoor space that is used year round. Out of the chaos of relocation, an oasis emerged. Leveraging a simple white color palette, layers of texture, organic materials and an occasional pop of color, a sense of polished comfort comes to life.

Natural light exposes the beautiful details of this great room. Coffered ceiling encompasses a majestic old world feeling of this stone and shiplap fireplace. Comfort and beauty combo.

This step-down family room features a coffered ceiling and a fireplace with a black slate hearth. We made the fireplace’s surround and mantle to match the raised paneled doors on the built-in storage cabinets on the right. For a unified look and to create a subtle focal point, we added moulding to the rest of the wall and above the fireplace. Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors. For the family room of this project, our client's wanted an comfortable, yet upscale space where to be used by family members as well as guests. This room boasts a symmetrical floor plan and neutral back drop accented with splashes of blue and gold.

To update this traditional Atlanta home, Pineapple House designers bring harmony to the interior architecture with color. They renovate the residence so it is more conducive to comfort, entertaining and their pets. In the keeping room, they replaced the vaulted ceiling with a 13’ high coffered ceiling. They pay special attention to the clients two dogs, and integrate them into the living situation with a number of elements, like the dog kennel that they incorporate under the banquette on the right side of the room.
