For this kitchen remodel, the clients opted to maintain the location and footprint of the original kitchen in their 1960’s ranch style home. That meant we had our work cut out for us to maximize the counter space while providing enough storage for this growing family. We ultimately decided to maximize the working counter space by the sink and range and added a large pantry wall in the adjacent dining room for bulky items and food storage. We chose a lightly stained slab style cabinet to capture the era of the home but paired it with white high-gloss upper cabinets and white quartz to make the space also look fresh and functional. A light green paint helps pull in the accent color featured in the backsplash while adding warmth to the home. We finished the space with a unique light fixture and a perfectly modern dining table.

This kitchen was a well-deserved upgrade for our delightful homeowners. We approached their kitchen as a blend of sleek modern, eclectic variety and saturated color.
The angled waterfall countertop edge is one of our favorite details in a while.

Signature Custom Homes
After completing The Victoria Crest Residence we used this plan model for more homes after, because of it's success in the floorpan and overall design. The home offers expansive decks along the back of the house as well as a rooftop deck. Our flat panel walnut cabinets plays in with our clean line scheme. The creative process for our window layout is given much care along with interior lighting selection. We cannot stress how important lighting is to our company. Our wrought iron and wood floating staircase system is designed in house with much care. This open floorpan provides space for entertaining on both the main and upstair levels. This home has a large master suite with a walk in closet and free standing tub.

Acumen Builders
This Historic Adobe Home had a small kitchen. Removing some walls and relocating the refrigerator allowed for a new Pantry, an Appliance Garage and improved overall lay-out.
New flooring throughout, added lighting and traditional style appliances makes this Historic home modern and functional. Even Gracie likes it!

This cute little kitchen kept some of it’s original charm and character! That’s right, the pine wall cabinets (with original hardware in-tact!) were saved and served as part of the inspiration for the remodel. There’s beautiful greenery outside every window, and we wanted this kitchen to feel light and bright, but also connected to nature. We mixed new white cabinets with the original pine wall cabinets, ran new hardwood floors into the kitchen, then added a fun butcher block top on the cabinets near the range, with a full wall of sage green subway tile.

Full slab backsplashes in Bistro Green carry up the pattern for a bold color statement, complimented by the white cabinetry, producing a unified and clean aesthetic.
