The 5' wide Moon Gate by Phil Beck hides the view of the utility road that services the extensive property. He can be reached through the Fire Dragon Gallery in Cannon Beach, Oregon. The bed to the left is lushly planted with yuccas (in bloom), ornamental cabbages, daylilies, sedums, several conifers including dwarf Blue Star Junipers. Behind the yuccas is a variegated dogwood with bright red branches throughout the winder. The grasses are Orange Sedge.

This project showcases a grand custom water feature, beginning with an impressive water wall that flows down through multiple basins, culminating in a vast pond. It is accentuated by several large concrete pads that appear to float over the water, serving as stepping stones to the network of pathways weaving through the yard. Modern and elegant materials were meticulously selected to complement the design, including sleek finishes that enhance the feature's contemporary aesthetic. To highlight the space and integrate it seamlessly with the natural surroundings, a variety of native grasses and plants were chosen, adding both beauty and ecological benefits to the landscape.

This outdoor living space is a Pacific Northwest masterpiece. The homeowners requested an expansive entertainment area with easy viewing of the kids' playground. The covered structure blends with the existing style of the home and our crews created a natural space for the swim spa.

On Lake Washington, an existing pool terrace was disconnected from the rest of the yard and and waterfront. The site had a challenging slope, but it was no match for a thoughtful design and some earth moving equipment! A retaining wall at the edge of the existing pool was replaced with a wide, generous stair welcoming guests to a new, bocce-style terrace below complete with gas fire pit and stunning views. A gentle, winding path leads down to a waters-edge patio with intersecting stone and concrete patterns creating a visually dynamic experience. A small sandy beach and generous lawn complete the experience. A California style planting palette with beach groundcover, perennials and elegant, flowing grasses highlighted with LED low-voltage outdoor lighting complete the vacation-home-in-the-city feel.
