This typically small guest bathroom was turned into an elegant French get away space. Pale green diamond tiles with white dots set the color scheme. The floor is white marble while the base and cornice are the green tiles. The hammered metal sink with exposed pipes keeps the space open giving a much larger appearance.
Everything Home
Our design studio worked magic on this dated '90s home, turning it into a stylish haven for our delighted clients. Through meticulous design and planning, we executed a refreshing modern transformation, breathing new life into the space.
In this bathroom design, we embraced a bright, airy ambience with neutral palettes accented by playful splashes of beautiful blue. The result is a space that combines serenity and a touch of fun.

Slab doors and drawers with horizontal grain and a dark finish are combined with the glass tile and light grey quartz countertop to create a striking bathroom. The cabinets are wall mounted and manufactured using a structured thermofoil, which holds up nicely in the higher humidity of the bathroom. The shower, tub and floor are also tiled in coordinating greys.

The scalloped vanity front, ribbed subway tiles and bold pattern floor tiles, provide texture, warmth and fun into the space. Black ceilings were used with the large skylight, this was to bring the height of the space down and provide a cozy atmosphere.

A corner tub curves into the alcove. A step made from Accoya Wood (water resistant) aids access into the tub, as does a grab bar hiding as a towel bar. A hospital style shower curtain rod curves with the tub

Simply Home Decorating
When approaching this bathroom renovation we found the original floor tiles in excellent condition and they became the inspiration for the entire concept. We replaced the damaged wall tiles with white painted bead board and updated a clunky, poorly placed sink with this stunning wall mounted model by Porcher. The result is a classic bathroom with a nod to it's 1950's origins. Photo by Jonathan Hayward
