A master bath renovation in a lake front home with a farmhouse vibe and easy to maintain finishes.

The homeowners wanted to improve the layout and function of their tired 1980’s bathrooms. The master bath had a huge sunken tub that took up half the floor space and the shower was tiny and in small room with the toilet. We created a new toilet room and moved the shower to allow it to grow in size. This new space is far more in tune with the client’s needs. The kid’s bath was a large space. It only needed to be updated to today’s look and to flow with the rest of the house. The powder room was small, adding the pedestal sink opened it up and the wallpaper and ship lap added the character that it needed

Frameless shower enclosure with pivot door, a hand held shower head as well as a soft rainwater shower head make taking a shower a relaxing experience. This 1600+ square foot basement was a diamond in the rough. We were tasked with keeping farmhouse elements in the design plan while implementing industrial elements. The client requested the space include a gym, ample seating and viewing area for movies, a full bar , banquette seating as well as area for their gaming tables - shuffleboard, pool table and ping pong. By shifting two support columns we were able to bury one in the powder room wall and implement two in the custom design of the bar. Custom finishes are provided throughout the space to complete this entertainers dream.

Specific to this photo: A view of our vanity with their choice in an open shower. Our vanity is 60-inches and made with solid timber paired with naturally sourced Carrara marble from Italy. The homeowner chose silver hardware throughout their bathroom, which is featured in the faucets along with their shower hardware. The shower has an open door, and features glass paneling, chevron black accent ceramic tiling, multiple shower heads, and an in-wall shelf. This bathroom was a collaborative project in which we worked with the architect in a home located on Mervin Street in Bentleigh East in Australia. This master bathroom features our Davenport 60-inch bathroom vanity with double basin sinks in the Hampton Gray coloring. The Davenport model comes with a natural white Carrara marble top sourced from Italy. This master bathroom features an open shower with multiple streams, chevron tiling, and modern details in the hardware. This master bathroom also has a freestanding curved bath tub from our brand, exclusive to Australia at this time. This bathroom also features a one-piece toilet from our brand, exclusive to Australia. Our architect focused on black and silver accents to pair with the white and grey coloring from the main furniture pieces.

We transformed a Georgian brick two-story built in 1998 into an elegant, yet comfortable home for an active family that includes children and dogs. Although this Dallas home’s traditional bones were intact, the interior dark stained molding, paint, and distressed cabinetry, along with dated bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of an overhaul. We honored the client’s European background by using time-tested marble mosaics, slabs and countertops, and vintage style plumbing fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We balanced these traditional elements with metallic and unique patterned wallpapers, transitional light fixtures and clean-lined furniture frames to give the home excitement while maintaining a graceful and inviting presence. We used nickel lighting and plumbing finishes throughout the home to give regal punctuation to each room. The intentional, detailed styling in this home is evident in that each room boasts its own character while remaining cohesive overall.

The ensuite is a luxurious space offering all the desired facilities. The warm theme of all rooms echoes in the materials used. The vanity was created from Recycled Messmate with a horizontal grain, complemented by the polished concrete bench top. The walk in double shower creates a real impact, with its black framed glass which again echoes with the framing in the mirrors and shelving.
