This entrance and hallway was part of a remodel where a small extension was put on the front of the house to encompass a porch area and downstairs WC. My clients then wanted this space to fit with the rest of the house and flow nicely into the other spaces which is where they needed my help.
MARGARITA BRAVO
The first thing you notice about this property is the stunning views of the mountains, and our clients wanted to showcase this. We selected pieces that complement and highlight the scenery. Our clients were in love with their brown leather couches, so we knew we wanted to keep them from the beginning. This was the focal point for the selections in the living room, and we were able to create a cohesive, rustic, mountain-chic space. The home office was another critical part of the project as both clients work from home. We repurposed a handmade table that was made by the client’s family and used it as a double-sided desk. We painted the fireplace in a gorgeous green accent to make it pop.
Finding the balance between statement pieces and statement views made this project a unique and incredibly rewarding experience.

This powder room features a frosted glass pocket door, bringing both space and light to the butler’s pantry / bar area niche. Constructing these rooms at the side of the house (between the kitchen and formal dining room) rather than at the back, these rooms gain in convenience and functionality.

Ritz Carlton Residence rehab. Client wanted clean lines that are comfortable and inviting. We came up with this modern classic design that has a soft neutral palette with a pop of accent color. Wall are covered in sateen fabric and furniture is customized with color and fabric.
